DR MITCHELL'S MEDICAL TIPS!

Once again I see that Red Wine is heralded for its ability to help you think.  Not only does it increase blood flow around the brain (so reducing the chance of a stroke!) but also they now recommend that it helps burn off junk food.

Red wine has long been know to starve off old age as well as fighting obesity and Alzheimer's.  Not only that but Dutch research says that drinking red wine every day can make you live 5 years longer.  That's nearly a 1000 extra bottles to enjoy!

What more can I say, now where did I leave my glass?
