The best-selling wine at our Autumn City tasting, this remarkable Cabernet marries the structure and depth of classic claret with the rich fruitiness of warmer climate reds. With its predecessor, the 2003 vintage, having taken the Wines of Chile trophy for Best Cabernet Sauvignon, this was always going to be something special, and indeed we have not been let down! Available at under £10, we cannot think of a Cabernet from anywhere in the world, let alone Chile, to beat it!

Poured by the glass in our wine-bars it is a real favourite amongst our regulars and, surprise surprise, always goes down a treat with our evening tapas menu! What we love about Paladin's Pinot, however, is the great character and depth of flavour that it exhibits.
